Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your order and delivery location.
• Prices displayed for each item are inclusive and represent the final cost.

Delivery Methods

• We ship via trusted courier partners such as India Post, Trackon, DTDC, depending on serviceability of your area. Customers may also ask for any specific courier if they want (may attract extra charges).
• For remote or non-courier serviceable locations, orders may be shipped through India Post.

Shipping & Handling Charges

• Products may include a shipping and handling fee, which will be clearly shown at the time of checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is not available.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
• Tracking numbers are activated within 24 hours of dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days post-dispatch.
• Orders shipped via India Post may take 7-10 days, especially in remote areas.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Incorrect Shipping Address

• We attempt to verify addresses before dispatch. If we are unable to validate it, we may contact you.
• Orders with incorrect or non serviceable addresses that cannot be updated may be cancelled and refunded.
• Astro Book World is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • We will initiate a claim with the courier. Local authorities may be involved if required.
