Return Policy

At Astro Book World, we stand by the quality of the products we offer. Books purchased online from www.astrobookworld.com are eligible for return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or dead on arrival.
  • The customer received a wrong book or item.

Return Process:

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing us at: info@astrobookworld.com.
  • The email must include the product code and a brief description of the issue with relevant images.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Important Guidelines:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the return within 48 hours (or 2 Business Days), and the customer will be notified via email.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not entertain order cancellations under normal circumstances.
  • A refund will only be considered if the product is out of stock at the time of processing.
  • If a customer still requests a refund for any reason other than stock unavailability, only the product price (excluding shipping or additional charges, if any) will be refunded, subject to approval.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the original UPI account used for the transaction.
